Session Description: Is the voice in your head serving you? Who is driving your personal and professional development bus? During this session, we will introduce the obstacles that might be derailing you and share tips to reframe the negative talk to positive! Through mental agility and frequent practice, we have the ability to shift our mindsets to better cope with today’s VUCA world and put our best self in the driver’s seat!
Speaker Bio: Lei partners with individuals, teams, and organizations amplifying and elevating their communication skills, relationships, and leadership effectiveness.
Lei is a highly effective Leadership & Executive Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, and Learning & Development Consultant with over 20 years of strategic and operational experience in healthcare as well as over 5 years in hospitality. She has held many internal leadership roles in corporate settings as well as is the founder of her own consulting firm.
Lei is a master facilitator certified in a variety of assessment tools, holds the PCC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer, and Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC).
She is known for being a thought partner and has a passion for helping others reach beyond their goals through increased self-awareness with an objective to empower effectiveness and engagement with each client!

2024 OHRC - Taking Care of Business
You are invited to Taking Care of Business! - the 2024 Ohio HR Conference.
We're returning to staying at Kalahari for 2024! We're offering an IN PERSON conference PLUS an ON DEMAND option to experience any missed sessions for up to 60 days after the conference ends!
We'll be holding the conference at the Kalahari Resorts Sandusky from September 25-27, 2024 for two and a half days of superior programming in a great (onsite!) venue. Onsite attendees will enjoy the conference at the resort AND and will have the option to obtain additional recertification credits via the ON DEMAND platform for any missed sessions. The ON DEMAND option will be available for up to 60 days after the conference ends.
