2026 March - HR Conference Cruise

The HR Conference Cruise is delighted to be partnering with the Ohio SHRM State Council for our March 2026 HR Conference Cruise. The HR Conference Cruise is a 5-night cruise sailing with Royal Caribbean that includes 2 sea-days of speaker sessions with two ports of call in Cozumel, Mexico and Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico.

You earn recertification credits while you sail to tropical destinations!

We'll depart from the Port of Canaveral, Florida (Near Orlando). Along the way we'll have a well-rounded menu of educational sessions to accommodate your time on the ship while providing networking opportunities outside of the scheduled sessions.

You are invited to "Prescribe. Empower. Refill"- the 2026 Ohio HR Conference.

NOTE: Conference is Tuesday through Thursday!

We're returning to Kalahari for 2026! We're offering an IN PERSON conference PLUS an ON DEMAND option to experience any missed sessions for up to 60 days after the conference ends!

We'll be holding the conference at the Kalahari Resorts Sandusky from September 22-24, 2026 for two and a half days of superior programming in a great (onsite!) venue. Onsite attendees will enjoy the conference at the resort AND and will have the option to obtain additional recertification credits via the ON DEMAND platform for any missed sessions. The ON DEMAND option will be available for up to 60 days after the conference ends.
